who are we?

  • we are a privately gated boarding facility operating on approximately 11 acres of 110+ year old historic farmland

where are we located?

  • 21717 40th street east, buckley wa

  • we are conveniently located about 15 minutes off of highway 167 in the bonney lake/auburn/lake tapps area, right across from lake tapps and tapps island golf course. easy access means less driving and more time with your horse!

What does our boarding include?

$495 a month for full care, including:

  • 12x12 matted stalls with 12x12 paddocks

  • tack room with space for 1 saddle and bridle, 1 tack box provided by the barn, plus your own shelf for extra storage

  • large outdoor sand arena (approximately 75 x 150), plus outdoor round pen for one on one time

  • lighted indoor arena (approximately 48x60) for winter use

  • daily cleaning of stalls and paddocks

  • daily feeding of high quality local and alfalfa hay, as well as your grain and supplements per your instructions

  • daily turnout for grazing and socializing

  • separate fields for mares and geldings
